Do employees know and understand what is expected of them regarding their job related responsibilities? Ronke Luke, PMP Ronke Luke found a home in e-Management by bringing her consulting skills to bear in developing strategies for ensuring that IT investments are relevant to an agency's business operations. Prior to joining e-Management, Ronke worked on crafting solutions for energy and environmental challenges for government and Fortune 500 clients. Her work included solutions for both domestic and international markets. Ronke has an eclectic educational background, including a Master's degree in chemical engineering and certificates in environmental quality standards. Catrina Wright-Burgess Catrina Wright-Burgess began her career as a consultant for a public accounting firm where she developed skills in the areas of business process improvement and auditing. She assisted various companies and non-profit organizations with business process re-engineering, out-sourcing projects, and internal control audits. After several years as a consultant, Catrina decided to narrow her focus on accounting and became a senior accountant at a Wealth Management firm where she was responsible for financial reporting, investment funding activities and the firm's grant management program. Catrina joined the e-Management team in 2005 as a senior accountant working directly for the Chief Financial Officer, and subsequently began work on a government contract as a system analyst. She later assisted e-Management in obtaining a CMMI Level 2 Maturity Rating in 2008. She then took on the role of Quality Assurance Manager with responsibilities ranging from assisting in the development, coordination, and management of quality assurance activities to improving processes and procedures related to e-Management's software development, operational, and service delivery processes. If asked what the best part of her job is, Catrina says it's "making her customers smile by adding value, showing results, and being committed to ensuring quality assurance plays a key role in their organizations." |
