Stakeholder Management for Project Managers.

Who among us hasn't wished for better, more effective communications with our stakeholders?  If only the stakeholders would listen!  This month's meeting of the Monthly Downtown D.C. Meeting will address this issue and other aspects of managing stakeholders.

Teresa Allison, PMP, CGEIT, CPP

Teresa Allison is currently a Senior Associate Consultant at High Performance Technologies Inc. (HPTi), a technology services firm which specializes in providing computational science, program management, software development, and systems engineering services which is headquartered in Reston, VA.

Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Principal Consultant for Portfolio Management with Fujitsu America at the Department of Homeland Security where she reviewed a portfolio of roughly 348 investments totaling $6.3 billion. Ms. Allison has led Capital Planning and Investment Control efforts for two Federal agencies, TSA ($1.3 Billion in investments) and USAID ($68 Million in investments). She conducted reviews for Business Cases and performed scoring for Exhibit 300s.
